Support — Tee Time Alerts

We read every message. Say which course and which dates you set the alert for and we can
look at what the watcher saw.
What the app does
Tee Time Alerts checks the public booking page of the course you picked, around the
clock, and sends you a push notification when a tee time opens in the window you asked
for. Openings are usually cancellations, so they appear at no particular hour and they
go again quickly.
Which courses are covered
32 public courses in New York, New Jersey and California. The full, current list is
in the app on the "Courses we cover" screen, and you can read it before you subscribe.
If yours is missing there is a box on that screen to tell us which one it is.
I set an alert and nothing has arrived
That is usually the honest answer rather than a fault: nothing opened at that course, on
those dates, inside your time window. Alerts fire on a change, not on a schedule. Two
things are worth checking:
- Notifications must be allowed for Tee Time Alerts in iOS Settings. The app shows a
banner on the alert list when they are switched off.
- A narrow window ("7:00 to 8:00, Saturday, four spots") can go weeks without a match at
a busy course. Widening the time or the number of spots is usually what helps.
How far ahead alerts can look
Each course decides how far in advance it sells tee times, and most of them open only a
few days out. An alert covering a date further away than that is not lost: it starts
being checked as soon as that course opens the day for booking.
How many alerts I can keep
Up to 25 standing alerts at a time. Deleting one on the alert list frees a slot
immediately.
Cancelling
The subscription is billed by Apple, not by us. Cancel in iOS Settings: tap your name,
then Subscriptions, then Tee Time Alerts. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the period
ends stops the next charge; the alerts keep working until the period you have paid for
runs out. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
I paid on another device, or reinstalled
Open the app and use "Restore purchases" on the subscription screen. The subscription
belongs to your Apple ID, so it comes back without paying again.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue them, but tell
us what went wrong and we will fix the cause.
